Randal M. Whitlatch works with manufacturers and businesses in various industries to help them navigate their complex legal environments. Mr. Whitlatch provides both litigation and counseling services to the businesses he serves and has extensive experience with complex litigation. Mr. Whitlatch has provided litigation and counseling to domestic and international clients in a number of industries, notably: automotive parts manufacturing, metals fabrication, mining, oil and gas, healthcare and life sciences, among others.

Mr. Whitlatch handles commercial litigation all over the country and internationally involving contract, UCC, CISG, unfair competition, trademark, real property, and other business tort matters. Mr. Whitlatch also advises clients on a myriad of contractual and business issues often associated with the global supply chain. Mr. Whitlatch also has considerable experience with mass toxic tort and products liability issues, and has litigated matters involving class action and medical monitoring claims.

Mr. Whitlatch is a 2006 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was senior topics editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review, and a 2003 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
