Alexandra Lane practices in the area of intellectual property law with a focus on litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.
Ms. Lane has litigated cases involving various technologies and industries, including software, telecommunications, energy, and consumer branded products. She is skilled in assisting clients at all stages of litigation, from initial phases through trial. Ms. Lane has handled cases in various federal district courts and at agencies such as the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board and the International Trade Commission. Ms. Lane is also experienced in obtaining, enforcing, and defending client’s intellectual property rights through pre-litigation efforts.
Ms. Lane is a 2019 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media, and Entertainment Law Journal, and a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
