C. Ben Vila practices in the area of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and corporate governance matters.
Prior to practicing law Mr. Vila worked in the clean energy industry, developing residential and commercial solar projects and designing and implementing clean energy public policy and programs.
Mr. Vila is a 2022 magna cum laude graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was executive articles editor and diversity editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal, and a graduate of Brown University. He is conversational in Spanish.
