Emily Bley practices in the area of litigation.
Prior to rejoining Duane Morris, Ms. Bley served as law clerk to the Hon. Karen S. Marston and the Hon. David R. Strawbridge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Bley is a 2020 cum laude graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was Student Works Editor of the Villanova Law Review, and a summa cum laude graduate of Saint Louis University.
