Gregory S. Slotnick practices in the area of labor and employment law, representing management and businesses across a wide spectrum of employment litigation in federal court, New York State court, the American Arbitration Association, and administrative agencies. He has advised companies on compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including anti-discrimination and wage-and-hour policies as well as internal company reporting and investigation procedures. Mr. Slotnick provides strategic counseling to national businesses to prevent and defend against various claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), such as website accessibility compliance and public accommodation matters, as well as claims brought pursuant to a myriad of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Mr. Slotnick is a 2016 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was staff editor of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender, and a graduate of State University of New York College at Geneseo.
