Isabella Castellón Lebrón is an associate attorney in the Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group. She focuses her practice in the area of immigration law. She represents corporate clients in matters involving the employment of foreign nationals in a wide range of industries, including data and analytics, advertising, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, banking, and entertainment. Ms. Castellon Lebron assists clients with a full range of corporate immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including: U.S. Business Visitors; Specialty Workers (H-1B, H-1B1, E-3); Intra-Company Transferees (L); Extraordinary Ability (O); and USMCA Professionals for Canadian and Mexican citizens (TN-1 & TN-2); Noncitizens of Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researchers, and Multinational Managers (EB-1); PERM Sponsorship for Advanced Degree Professionals, Professionals, and Skilled Workers (EB-2 & 3); National Interest Waivers (EB-2); Family Based Petitions, and associated Adjustment of Status (AOS) applications.
Ms. Castellon Lebron is admitted to practice law in New York. She is a member of the Hispanic/Latino ERG and serves as a volunteer attorney for Pro Bono matters. Ms. Castellon Lebron graduated from Fordham University School of Law in May 2022, where she was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and Moot Court board. She is a graduate of Boston University. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
