James K. Ward practices in the area of litigation. Mr. Ward represents and advises clients in environmental and land use law matters related to CERCLA, RCRA, the New York and New Jersey Spill Acts, SEQRA and the Clean Water Act. He also assists clients in navigating the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program. Mr. Ward also has represented clients in environmental enforcement matters and advised clients in real estate and corporate transactions on implications of environmental statutes and regulations.
Mr. Ward is a 2018 graduate of Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law, earning both a J.D., cum laude, and an LL.M. in Environmental Law, and a graduate of Pace University.
