J. Blake Hovander practices in the area of corporate law. Mr. Hovander has advised life sciences clients on securities and corporate governance matters, including ’34 Act reporting, Section 16 compliance and stockholder and board meeting matters. He also represents clients in initial public offerings, spin-off and reverse merger transactions, public equity offerings and establishment of at-the-market offering programs.
Mr. Hovander is a 2014 graduate of New York University School of Law, where he was senior executive editor of the Journal of Law and Liberty. He received an M.A. from the University of Bucharest and is a cum laude graduate of Arizona State University.

Moody’s is a global risk assessment firm that empowers organizations to make better decisions by providing data, analytical solutions and insights to help decision-makers identify opportunities and manage risks. Vadis Technologies is a fintech company that developed software to detect certain types of potential fraud and other wrongdoing used by the European Commission; the technology is used generally by EU member states for electronic fund transfers.
