Kenneth (Kenny) Tze advises clients on real estate transactions and finance matters for commercial, office, mixed-use, residential, retail and industrial developments and projects. Mr. Tze focuses on purchase, sale, leasing, finance and exchange of investment properties and represents clients in matters related to disposition and acquisition of real property and commercial, office and retail leasing. He also has experience in advising lenders and loan servicers in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and handles and conducts complex loan modifications, amendments and assumptions, and provides oversight counsel assistance to loan servicers. Mr. Tze further provides counsel on commercial loan enforcement and workouts involving distressed real estate assets. He works regularly and has extensive experience with title companies, appraisers, environmental consultants and other industry professionals to provide his clients with full and comprehensive services.
Mr. Tze is a 2000 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a 1995 graduate of the University of California, Davis.
