Tarsha A. Phillibert

Tarsha A. Phillibert practices in the area of litigation with a focus on white-collar defense. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. Phillibert was a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section, where she investigated and prosecuted complex white-collar cases across the country and internationally, including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), money laundering, healthcare fraud, and the Bank Secrecy Act. Prior to her position with the Department of Justice, Ms. Phillibert served as Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of New York and was a partner in the white collar criminal defense, government enforcement and investigations practice of her previous law firm.

Prior to embarking on her law career, Ms. Phillibert served as law clerk to the Hon. Charles S. Haight, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and to the Hon. E. Richard Webber of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Ms. Phillibert is a 2006 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a graduate of Boston University.
