Yudi Katie Wang practices in the area of commercial litigation and is a member of the firm’s Gaming Industry Group. Katie regularly defends gaming industry clients facing consumer disputes, including contest promotions, compulsive gambling, and class actions and collective mass arbitration claims asserting rights to recover revenues under gambling loss recovery and consumer fraud statutes across multiple jurisdictions and before various arbitration forums. Katie also has broad experience representing a wide range of clients including financial institutions, insurance companies, startups, and individuals in contractual, employment and shareholder disputes in state and federal court. She has additionally assisted in internal investigations and in responding to inquiries by government entities, including the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Office of the New York Attorney General.
