Zeke Van Keuren practices in the area of health law. Mr. Van Keuren has advised healthcare providers on regulatory and compliance issues, including contract drafting and review, Stark Law, federal and state anti-kickback statutes, licensing, corporate practice of medicine and general tort liability. He also has counseled healthcare providers and ancillary service providers in responding to due diligence and government investigations.
Mr. Van Keuren has substantive experience in assisting hospitals, healthcare providers and ancillary service providers in healthcare contracting issues related to mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, real estate transactions, change of ownership. He also has advised healthcare providers in obtaining certificates of need, letters of non-reviewability, and letters of determination and in responding to issues related to medical records confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security compliance.
Mr. Van Keuren is a 2016 graduate of William and Mary Law School, where he was a member of the William and Mary Law Review, and a graduate of Emory University.
