Jonathan A. Segal is the managing principal of the Duane Morris Institute, which provides training for human resource professionals, in-house counsel, benefits administrators and managers on myriad employment, labor, benefits and immigration matters. Segal’s practice focuses on strategic planning, counseling, training and policy development with regard to: wage and hour compliance; sexual and other unlawful harassment; gender and other pay equity; systemic gender bias; social media; performance management; workplace investigations; business protection agreements; and compliance with the ADA, FMLA and other laws.
