Danielle Rundlett Burns is in the Trial Practice Group in the Boca Raton office, focusing on consumer collection matters for financial institutions and lenders, as well as complex commercial litigation, and is also a member of the Private Client Services practice, handling estate planning, probate litigation and guardianship matters. She has four degrees from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude with both a B.S. and B.A. in 1998; her J.D. cum laude from the Levin College of Law in 2003; and her LL.M. in taxation in 2005, also from Levin.
Jennifer Forté is in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Atlanta office, principally focusing on defending clients in large patent cases and primarily driving the massive discovery and damages pieces of the defense. She is a 2001 magna cum laude graduate of Georgia State University and a 2009 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.
Maria Granholm is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in the Philadelphia office, where her practice focuses on representing public and private companies in a variety of transactional matters, focusing on M&A. She is a 2007 summa cum laude graduate of Eastern University and a 2011 magna cum laude graduate of the Villanova University School of Law, where she was associate editor of the Villanova Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Louise Melchor joined Duane Morris in 2011, was formerly in our Trial Practice Group and is now in our Corporate Practice Group in the Philadelphia office, where her practice focuses on representing financial institutions in commercial loan transactions, creditors’ rights actions and bankruptcy proceedings. Melchor earned her B.A. in biology and environmental sciences from the University of Pennsylvania; an M.S. in environmental engineering from Drexel University; and her J.D. from Temple University Law School in 2006.
Kieran Morris joined Duane Morris as part of the Satterlee Stephens merger in 2020, and is in the Trial Practice Group at the Park Avenue location of the New York office, focused on compliance issues and support for financial institutions. His undergraduate degree is from Fordham College, Lincoln Center, and he received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1999. After law school, he spent three years as a U.S. Army judge advocate and special assistant U.S. attorney, followed by three years as an associate at Skadden Arps before joining Satterlee in 2009.
Brooke Tabshouri is member of the Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group in the San Diego office, focusing her practice on counseling and advising clients in employment law issues, and also has employment due diligence and litigation experience. Brooke is a 2006 graduate of the University of California, Davis (where she also studied for a year at the University of London), and a 2011 graduate of the Boston University School of Law, where she was a legal writing fellow. After law school, Brooke was a research attorney and judicial extern for Justice Richard D. Huffman on the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division One.
