Duane Morris Los Angeles Office Continues Expansion with Corporate Partner Robert W. Kadlec

LOS ANGELES, September 11, 2017—Robert W. Kadlec has joined Duane Morris LLP’s Los Angeles office as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. The addition of Kadlec further strengthens the firm’s Corporate Practice Group and its Los Angeles office, which earlier this year welcomed eight attorneys from noted corporate and banking boutique Horgan Rosen Beckham & Coren LLP. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Kadlec was a partner at Sidley Austin LLP.
Kadlec has more than 25 years of experience providing counsel in a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing transactions and corporate governance matters. He has extensive experience advising both private equity and corporate clients on a variety of matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities laws matters including leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, minority investments, joint ventures and public company acquisitions. Kadlec also advises a variety of public and private companies in corporate governance, SEC reporting and other matters.
Kadlec is a 1988 graduate of New York University School of Law and a 1985 graduate of the University of North Carolina. He is also a certified public accountant.
