Bryan J. Pennock has over 20 years of experience and practices in the areas of federal, state and local taxation, with particular emphasis on income tax compliance and tax minimization strategies for high net worth individuals, families, closely held businesses, including domestic and international, estates and trusts. He also devotes his practice to tax planning and compliance for U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers with offshore holdings and investments, small businesses and trusts with cross border issues as well as litigation consulting services, including criminal and civil tax controversies, federal and state offshore voluntary disclosure and amnesty programs, and damage measurement and assessment.
He also has considerable experience in the compilation and presentation of financial data, including analyzing operating results and financial transactions as well as preparing financial statements.
Mr. Pennock is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance and from Villanova University with a Masters degree in Taxation.
