Luke J. Bartlinski has over 15 years of experience in the areas of federal, state and local income taxation with a particular emphasis on tax compliance, planning and minimization strategies for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, including multi-state corporations and partnerships, nexus studies exposure analysis, and audit defense strategies. He also devotes his practice to compliance with federal and state voluntary disclosure and amnesty programs for both U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers. He has substantial audit and accounting experience, including analysis of financial transactions, trends and operating results, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements and related disclosures. He also represents clients before federal and various state taxing authorities. Mr. Bartlinski co-supervises the Business Tax Practice of the Tax Accounting Group.
He is a contributing author to the Tax Accounting Group’s Client Alerts designed specifically for our clients. Mr. Bartlinski is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and from Villanova University with a Masters degree in Taxation.
