Bei Wang practices in the areas of corporate law, commercial transactions and employment law. She assists clients in M&A, joint venture and other contractual arrangement involving a broad range of industries including banking and finance, telecommunication, real estate development, oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution and mining.
Ms. Wang has over 5 years on-the-ground experience of advising clients on direct investment and compliance in Myanmar. She is also involved in the firm’s banking and finance practice in Myanmar. She has assisted in and advised foreign banks on application for foreign banking licenses from the Central Bank of Myanmar, preparation for operation in Myanmar and other regulatory and compliance requirements. Ms. Wang also regularly assists in project financing from onshore and offshore lenders, including syndicate loans.
Ms. Wang is also involved in the firm’s fintech and blockchain practice as well as private wealth management practice.
Ms. Wang is a graduate of the National University of Singapore. She is qualified in the People’s Republic of China and has been admitted to the Bar of England and Wales. Ms. Wang speaks fluent English and is also a native Mandarin speaker.
