Charlotte Drew is a member of the Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration practice group. Ms. Drew specializes in advising technology and life sciences businesses on all aspects of employment law, including non-compete and restrictive covenant matters, wage and hour law, classification issues, discrimination and harassment, ADEA and ADA compliance, leave programs, and other personnel issues. She also has experience conducting internal investigations and helping businesses navigate employee disciplinary matters. Additionally, Ms. Drew represents employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, against claims of discrimination, unlawful terminations, restrictive covenant violations, and employment contract matters.
Ms. Drew is a 2014 cum laude graduate of Boston University School of Law. She also received M.A. and B.A. degrees from Georgetown University.
