Dillon Denio practices in the area of litigation. He represents clients in all forums, including federal and state courts and arbitration. Mr. Denio has extensive experience in business litigation, where he represents individual and corporate clients with business disputes, anti-SLAPP, contract and tort claims. Mr. Denio has further experience in environmental litigation and administrative actions, where he represents private and public entities involving CERCLA, RCRA, water quality, and hazardous waste regulations.
Mr. Denio regularly provides pro bono legal representation for clients in a broad array of civil matters.
Mr. Denio graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2023 and is a graduate of Arizona State University.
