Elisabeth Bassani practices in the area of labor and employment law. She represents a broad arrange of clients, including in the healthcare, non-profit, technology, financial services, and pharmaceutical industries.
Ms. Bassani litigates cases in federal and state court and before administrative agencies, and has experience defending clients in discrimination, retaliation, disability, wrongful termination, and wage and hour cases.
In addition, Ms. Bassani counsels clients on employment best practices, including discrimination prevention, wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, and employee terminations. She has drafted employee handbooks, severance agreements, arbitration agreements, and employment agreements.
Ms. Bassani is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College.
