Joseph R. Welsh practices in the area of litigation. Mr. Welsh has experience in antitrust, intellectual property, founder dispute, securities fraud, and labor and employment matters.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Welsh served as law clerk to the Hon. Juan R. Sánchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Welsh is a 2020 magna cum laude graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was research editor for the Temple Law Review, and a graduate of Bucknell University.
