Molly Connor practices in the area of employment law. Ms. Connor focuses her practice in employment litigation, including the defense of employment discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour litigation, and employment contract matters. She counsels clients on employment policies and procedures, including the preparation of human resource policies, wage and hour compliance, employee terminations, and harassment and discrimination prevention. Ms. Connor drafts employment policies, severance agreements, restrictive covenants and arbitration agreements.
Ms. Connor served as law clerk to the Hon. Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Connor is a 2021 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was federal courts and submissions editor of the Notre Dame Law Review, and a cum laude graduate of Boston College.
