Ryan Spengler practices in the area of business reorganization and financial restructuring. Ryan represents a variety of bankruptcy-related parties, including creditors, trustees, insurance companies, and other individuals and entities in Chapter 7, 11, and 13, as well as Subchapter V cases. Ryan’s work often lies at the intersection of bankruptcy and commercial foreclosures, workouts, and other bankruptcy alternatives. Ryan recently published articles in The Legal Intelligencer and Law360 focusing on developments in cannabis and bankruptcy law, and participated in a webinar series hosted by the firm’s Cannabis Industry Group.
Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ryan served as law clerk to the Hon. Jerrold N. Poslusny, Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ryan is a 2022 graduate of Rutgers Law School, where he was business editor of the Business Law Review. Ryan graduated from Villanova University in 2018.
