Taylor J. Hertzler is an associate in the Health Law Practice Group. His practice focuses on compliance counseling with state and federal reimbursement, privacy, AI, fraud & abuse, insurance, licensure, and anti-discrimination rules, as well as handling reimbursement disputes, especially disputes between specialty pharmacies and PBMs. He also works extensively with the Trial Practice Group, where his litigation work includes products liability disputes, antidumping duty challenges, and IP theft. He works with a wide range of clients, from hospitals, medical device manufacturers, and specialty pharmacies to mattress manufacturers, food distributors, and general contractors, and he has advised on authorities ranging from the Social Security Act, FDA regulations, and PBM laws to FOIA, DOJ regulations, and ERISA.

Mr. Hertzler is a 2021 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was associate editor of the Journal of International Law, Vol. 41, and a summa cum laude graduate of Westminster College.
