Tracy L. Schovain has extensive experience representing commercial banks, lending institutions, private equity funds and corporate borrowers in a wide array of commercial finance transactions, including asset-based lending transactions, cash flow transactions, recurring revenue transactions, syndicated transactions, unitranche transactions, real estate transactions, project financing transactions, sponsor-led private equity and acquisition financing transactions, bridge-to-HUD financing transactions and mezzanine financing transactions. Ms. Schovain is also an active team member on various mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Ms. Schovain’s experience spans various industries and specialty lending (including healthcare, energy, manufacturing, consumer products, medical devices, distribution, fintech, banking, education, retail, plastics, packaging, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, technology, transportation logistics, home improvement, investment management, private equity, among others).
Ms. Schovain is a 2010 graduate of DePaul University College of Law, where she was executive editor for the DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal, and a graduate of the University of Illinois.
