PHILADELPHIA, July 23, 2025—Duane Morris LLP has been named to the BTI Client Service 30: Best of the Best in Client Service Delivery. The designation, part of BTI Client Service A-Team 2025: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance, marks the firm’s fifth consecutive appearance among what BTI Consulting Group considers the elite firms that outperform everyone else in terms of client service. Duane Morris is ranked at No. 17 among the 650 core law firms that serve Fortune 1000 and large private clients. The ranking is based on BTI’s exclusive, independent, one-on-one interviews and surveys with more than 30,000 corporate counsel and C-level executives. 

BTI’s report states “Duane Morris delivers rarely matched client focus, fresh strategies, and fast, practical solutions. With deep business understanding, a strong commitment to help, and a reputation for being easy to work with, they bring innovation and clarity from the start.” BTI notes that “Duane Morris continues its climb up the BTI Client Service 30 taking the 17th spot for 2025. The firm has maintained their strong position among these client service leaders for five years. Duane Morris is one of only 47 firms to substantially improve its client service performance in the last year.” 

According to BTI’s in-depth interviews, only 260 law firms were singled out by legal decision-makers for their prowess in at least one of the 17 activities driving superior client relationships. Duane Morris was rated four out of four stars in numerous categories, including: early assessment and action; commitment to help; client focus; understanding the client’s business; quality products; meets core scope; keeps clients informed; and easy to work with. 

The firm was also named to BTI Client Service Trailblazers 2025. BTI notes that, “Legal complexity isn’t just a fact of life. Add volatility and unpredictable regulatory changes, and you get chaos. It creates jolting changes in client needs and expectations – with no notice. Clients singled out only 55 trailblazing firms who are best at turning chaos into solutions for clients and new business for themselves.”
