PHILADELPHIA, September 14, 2020—Duane Morris LLP has been named one of the 2020 Working Mother magazine “Best Law Firms for Women,” based on the firm’s family-friendly policies and business development initiatives created to retain women and advance them into the leadership pipeline.

Acknowledging 60 firms, the Working Mother list measures firms on such factors as: attorney demographics at different levels, schedule flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women. Duane Morris was named on the first list of Best Law Firms for Women in 2007, and again in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018. Duane Morris has since added a number of additional family friendly benefits.

“We are proud to be recognized for our efforts in propelling women attorneys to success,” said Sandra A. Jeskie, chair of Duane Morris’ Women's Impact Network for Success (WINS). “Duane Morris understands that establishing an environment that supports women attorneys makes the firm stronger.”

“It is a priority to provide our women attorneys with resources that contribute to their success,” said Matthew A. Taylor, Chairman and CEO of Duane Morris. “The firm continuously looks for opportunities to reinforce our commitment to the personal and professional development of our attorneys.”

WINS is devoted to the success of the firm’s women attorneys. Through various programs, it exchanges ideas, fosters and expands business contacts and opportunities, and enhances attorney development to fully realize the talent, knowledge and potential of Duane Morris’ women attorneys.
