Michael J. Lee has over 25 years of professional experience and primarily devotes his practice to damage assessment, measurement, evaluation, research and related analysis in connection with securities fraud and other complex litigation, including class action administration. His professional background includes over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, with particular emphasis on securities valuation, securities research and analysis, investment management policies and procedures, compliance investigations, and portfolio management in global equity markets. He provides an assortment of consulting services to many lawyers and law firms, representing clients in regulatory and transactional matters and throughout various stages of litigation.
Mr. Lee’s experience includes serving as a consultant regarding damage analysis, loss assessment and exposure analysis in connection with matters including, but not limited to, Enron, Worldcom, and IPO Laddering.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a member of the CFA Institute and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia. He graduated from LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual major in Finance and Management, and he obtained a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
