Marie Bauer is an associate in the Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Practice Group at Duane Morris, where she represents clients in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) litigation, creditors’ rights, foreclosures, and preferential transfer disputes.
Marie is a 2022 cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as an associate editor for the Maryland Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and competed on the National Trial Team. She is actively involved in the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) as a board member of the Greater Maryland Network.
