PHILADELPHIA, June 23, 2021—Duane Morris LLP has been named one of Seramount’s (formerly Working Mother Media) “Best Law Firms for Women” for utilizing best practices in recruiting, retaining, promoting and developing women lawyers. Duane Morris was among the 50 firms that earned spots on this year’s list.
Seramount’s list measures and analyzes firms on a range of factors: attorney demographics at different levels, schedule flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the success of working from home for lawyers was also examined this year. Duane Morris was named on the first list of Best Law Firms for Women in 2007, and again in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2020.
