LONDON, January 27, 2025―Helen Foley has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group in its London office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Foley was a senior member of the employment legal team at PwC.

Foley advises on all areas of employment law and HR matters for U.K. and global clients, particularly in the private equity industry. Her practice includes workplace investigations and HR audits, with a focus on harassment and bullying. Foley advises clients on contingent workers and operating flexible workplaces, including misclassification risks. She has worked on global HR compliance reviews and performed employment and HR transformation services, which include restructurings, change programs and outsourcings, and provided full employment support on corporate transactions.
