DALLAS, August 11, 2026—Duane Morris partner Tracy McCreight was named a finalist for the Texas Legal Awards in the Influential Woman of the Year category. This award honors Texas’ best women lawyers who have made a remarkable difference in the legal profession. McCreight is one of 13 finalists for the award. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Dallas on September 30.
Tracy McCreight practices in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and construction litigation, including contract, real estate, general business and partnership disputes. With more than 23 years of experience, she is a trusted counselor to her clients. Her practice includes extensive experience in various arbitration forums nationwide, as well as Texas state and federal courts, on both sides of the docket. In her construction practice, McCreight focuses on representing real estate investment companies and other owners in matters involving commercial construction and design defects, and other contract disputes.
